Terms and Conditions are almost always unreadable (even if you were inclined to try), so we'll make this as succinct as possible, for your sanity and ours.

Website Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience on the site. We don't pass any of your personal information on to third parties. We only use data for visitor tracking on our website. We do use Google Analytics for this, so what Google ultimately do with our data in the background is anybody's guess.

Cancellation of Bookings

We don't enforce any strict rules regarding cancellations, but we do kindly request that you give us at least 24hrs notice should you wish to cancel a booking. This is so that we might have a chance to fill the slot.

Newsletter Subscription

We manage our newsletter via Mailchimp, periodically importing our website users there. So when you book your first course you'll eventually end up on the list. Newsletters are sent out every couple of months, or if we have some important news. You can manage your subscription via the Mailchimp links at the bottom of the newsletter.

Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
